Pre-registration is required for all Fire Academy municipal programs except Train-the-Trainer. Registration forms can be printed from this site. The form must be received by the Fire Academy at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. Registrations will not be accepted by telephone, but forms sent by fax are accepted. Course enrollment is reviewed 14 days prior to the start of the program, and courses with fewer than the minimum students may be cancelled. Forms must be accompanied by the registration fee or purchase order number. Incomplete forms or forms received without the registration fee or payment arrangements will be returned unprocessed. After the two-week cutoff date, students will be notified in writing whether or not they have been accepted into a course.
All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is the best way to gain acceptance into a course. Completed registration forms should be sent to:

To schedule Fire Academy Industrial Fire Training, please contact Perry Bailey. Aircraft Rescue Firefighting programs must be scheduled through Sean Davis. Course contracts will be developed for industrial or custom designed programs offered to a specific industry, military entity or airport.
